REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION



The early, pre and late registration fees apply to guests who will book their accommodation

through our agency.

Participants registering as IADMFR members between now and 31 December 2026 must hold a valid membership for both 2026 and 2027 in order to benefit from the member registration fee.

Registration fee includes 

❋ Admission to all Scientific Sessions

❋ Access to Exhibition Area

❋ Gala Dinner

❋ Lunch & Coffee Breaks

❋ Congress Kit

❋ Opening & Welcome Ceremonies



 ACCOMMODATION

 The per-person rate for a double room is the amount that each guest staying in the double room is required to pay.

If you will be staying with a guest who will not attend the congress,

you are required to pay registration fee for yourself (not for your guest),

in addition to the two per-person double room rates.

Accommodation fee includes 

24-hour food and beverage service,

access to multiple restaurants and bars,

wide range of leisure and wellness facilities,

full access to pools, private beach, sports.

 ❋ All courses will be held simultaneously. You are requested to register for only one course.

❋ For the courses held at Bilim University, lunch will be served at the university.

❋ For cancellation requests made on or after April 5, registration and accommodation fees will not be refunded.
